Passing the Amendment to Constitution on Campaign Tax

Campaign tax: Eligible Icenians who wish to campaign in the election cycle must pay a tax of 12 days of passive Player Essence generation to the government to qualify for elections. Essence may be received by any Secretary and will be logged in the Treasury. Paying the campaign tax will count towards fulfilling the voting tax.

Failure to pay the campaign tax will disqualify the candidate from future election cycles until the amount is paid.
