Passing the Kingstell Territory Ban

As requested by the President of Icenia, this senate motion will temporarily ban Kingstell from entering all Icenian territories indefinitely starting from the moment this motion is passed due to his unjustified obby placing with no effort to removal being made and continued lack of respect for Icenia.
