Passing the Selene - Icenia Friendship Pact
Seeking to strengthen and formalize existing friendships, Selene and the Third Republic of Icenia agree to the following terms:
Selene and Icenia recognize one another as independent foreign states. a. As such, both parties are to conduct cordial diplomatic correspondence through official channels.
Selene and Icenia agree to a state of non-aggression, where neither party will engage in hostilities with the other in the future, subject to existing alliances.
Selene and Icenia recognize the territorial claims of one another. a. Should territorial disputes arise, they should be resolved through diplomatic action.
Selene and Icenia agree to an updated shared list of wanted peoples in their respective territories and agree to taking measures to prevent and apprehend raiders in each respective nation.
Selene and Icenia will encourage international cooperation through joint civic projects.
In order to protect Selene's continued prosperity, Icenia agrees to assist in providing security to prison pearls of Selene on the condition of a fair trial being held and reasonable sentences given. Icenia retains the right to refuse pearls at the discretion of the Icenian President or Secretary of Defense
