Passing the Voter Fatigue Relief Act

The Voter Fatigue Relief Act amends the City Council Voting Act, establishing voting procedures with the goal of mitigating voter fatigue and administrative burden and societal pressure during periods of high civic satisfaction or decrease political engagement.

TLDR: A more flexible secondary voting structure built around the core voting system for periods of lower political engagement, by providing the city with a way to retain the current council. Also, some election safeguards.
